Headcount has soared from just two at the launch of the practice to more than 30.
Baringa Partners hits two-year mark with financial services consultancy

consultancy, Baringa
Partners LLP, is
celebrating the second
anniversary of the
launch of its financial
services consultancy
practice. Despite
turbulent macroeconomic
conditions, the firm has
rapidly built up a
stable of prominent
clients, with eight
top-tier names including
Barclays, AXA, Lloyds,
UBS and RBS. Baringa’s
financial services
practice headcount has
also grown strongly,
soaring from just two at
the launch to more than
30 at the present time.

   Baringa Partners is
working on several
large-scale
business-critical
transformation projects
for leading
institutions, including
post-merger integration
and Basel II
implementation for the
Lloyds Banking Group.
Other key projects have
included a major
payments infrastructure
renewal programme, a
credit risk renewal
programme and in-depth
work on front office
operating models. As
demonstrated in
delivering these
projects the firm has
extensive experience in
leading intensive,
strategic change
programmes, but has also
remained nimble enough
to tackle smaller,
high-value advisory
projects.
