Qedis appoints head of operational marketing
 
 London-based management
consultancy Qedis has
appointed Paul J
Westerman to the newly
created role of head of
operational marketing.
Westerman will be
responsible for the
implementation of
processes activity and
all marketing and
communication strategies
for Qedis. He is tasked
with helping the
consultancy achieve
 
 aggressive growth
targets, which include
increasing turnover to
over £20m and headcount
from 60 people to 100 in
just two years.
   In his new role
Westerman will define
and execute a 10-year
marketing and
communications strategy
to develop new markets
for Qedis in services
sectors such as law,
travel and leisure, as
 
 well as expanding the
consultancy’s operation
internationally. He will
build on Qedis’ success
and proven capability of
working with CIOs and IT
directors within the
rail, media, financial
services and public
sector markets, where
the consultancy has
worked with some of the
UK’s most influential
companies, including
First Group, ITV,
 
 National Express,
Northcliffe Media,
Virgin Atlantic Airlines
and William Hill.
   With over 20 years’
marketing and
communications
experience, Westerman
has held senior
positions at companies
in a variety of service
sectors, including legal
and finance. He has
particular expertise in
strategic branding and
 
 market positioning,
growing small to
medium-sized companies
to attract investment
and future commercial
acquisition, as well as
defining and delivering
global communications
strategies.
  
  
 
 
Five new vice presidents at Capgemini Consulting

the management

appointed five new vice
presidents in internal
promotions that take
effect immediately.
   The appointments are:
