have been reading about
Moorhouse’s rapid growth

client list. There are
lots of opportunities
for me and I can’t wait
to get cracking.”

Conchango opens Indian office with a difference

 Growing interactive
media and IT services
company Conchango has
opened an office in
Vadodara, North West
India. The office
currently has eight
members of staff but
that number is expected

to double by the end of
the year and then every
six months going
forward.
   Vadodara is yet to be
discovered by the
established US and UK IT
companies which will
allow Conchango to

 attract the best talent
that the area and local
universities have to
offer.
   Unlike other
companies that choose to
offshore, Conchango does
not intend to operate
its Indian team at arm’s

 length. Instead, it is
to invest heavily to
fully integrate the team
into the company’s
culture and workstyle.
All Indian staff will
spend a minimum of two
months in the UK
training and working on

 different projects. This
will help them to
develop required skills
and form relationships
with Conchango UK staff
and clients.
