ea Consulting Group celebrates 10th anniversary with launch of charitable foundation
 
 ea Consulting Group
(eacg), one of the UK’s
fastest growing
management
consultancies,
celebrates its 10th
anniversary this year,
and to mark the occasion
a special event was held
on November 26, 2008 at
The Guildhall in London.
  
   The event saw the
launch of the ea
Consulting Group
Foundation, eacg’s own
newly registered
charity. Other
highlights of the
evening included guest
speakers, Philip
Manduca, head of
investments at The ECU
Group PLC and frequent
markets commentator on
Bloomberg, and Andrew
Carter, managing
director and regional
head of DCS for Eastern
 
 and South Eastern Europe
at Deutsche Bank, who
shared insights into
opportunities over the
next 10 years in the
financial services
industry.
  
   Founded in 1998, eacg
was setup to help
businesses through the
transition into the
Euro. Since then the
management consultancy
has successfully handled
several hundred
large-scale projects
within the financial
services market and now
has a £25m turnover,
experiencing a 10-fold
turnover increase in the
last three years alone.
eacg counts amongst its
clients a number of the
UK’s largest commercial
banks and financial

   The ea Consulting
Group Foundation, to be
launched during eacg’s
10th anniversary
celebrations, is a
registered charity
dedicated to supporting
vulnerable children,
young people, the
elderly and those with
disabilities. Through
the Foundation, eacg
makes grants, provides
human resources and
offers advice, advocacy
and strategic
information to other
charitable
organisations. eacg is
currently working with
Great Ormond Street’s
Radio Lollipop, a
children’s charity that
provides care, comfort
 
 and entertainment to
children on wards in
hospitals.
  
   eacg director Cheryl
Robson said “Radio
Lollipop provides an
essential service to
children in hospitals
who are in some cases
spending months on
wards. Through its
dedicated volunteers,
Radio Lollipop gives
these children comfort
and company twenty-four
hours a day.”
