leadership over the last

 six years where Bain UK
has expanded its
long-standing client
roster, and recruited
outstanding talent,"

director Bain & Company.
"We are delighted that
Cyrus has accepted this
challenge. He has
demonstrated remarkable
leadership and has an
impressive record of
delivering results for
Bain's clients, both in
the UK and around the
world. His achievements
in serving Bain clients
have only been
paralleled by his
commitment to the
advancement of our
firm's strategy."
   During his decade

 with Bain, Jilla has
advised public and
privately-held companies
in the consumer
products, luxury goods,
retail, and consumer
financial services
industries. His
experience encompasses
corporate strategy,
major transformations,
organisation, mergers
and acquisitions and
private equity work. He
is particularly
recognised for his work
in the luxury goods
industry, where he has
authored numerous
articles on brand
strategies, including:
Your Brand's Best
Strategy (European
Business Forum), New
Rules of Luxury (Harvard

 Business Review) and
How Bigger Can Be
Better (Financial
Times)
.
   Prior to joining Bain
in 1997, Jilla worked
for several years for
Kalchas, a boutique
strategy firm in London
and at investment bank
Schroders. He earned a
Bachelor of Science in
the History of Medicine,
with honours, from
University College
London and studied
Medicine at Charing
Cross & Westminster
